"No one will pass through your house without coming out anything but better, with a little more selflessness in his heart, a little more idealism in his eyes" Édouard Dujardin, Mallarmé par un des siens.

Nestled on the banks of the Seine, facing the forest of Fontainebleau, come and discover the home of one of the greatest poets of French literature.

His world, captured in his writings, furniture, objects and memorabilia, rubs shoulders with the works of some of his most famous 19th-century artist friends, including Paul Gauguin, Édouard Manet, Berthe Morisot and James McNeill Whistler.
