This beautiful, fully renovated property includes the owners' home and two cottages. Public parking is available on the street. Access to the property is via a personalized code.

Your home, with its warm and refined decor, is composed as follows:

On the ground floor: Entrance hall with wardrobe, living room (Smart TV with international channels) with a fully equipped kitchen area.
A shower room and a toilet. Laundry room with a washing machine and a condenser dryer.
Access to the first bedroom via two steps: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm).

On the first floor:
One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. A beautiful shower room with a toilet. Baby equipment is available upon request: crib, high chair, and bouncer.

For remote working in complete peace, an office space is available on the mezzanine overlooking the living room.

Your outdoor space:
You have access to a private, enclosed 30m² garden with a terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs, a parasol, and a gas barbecue.

We love the magnificent 30m² vaulted cellar, converted into a gym with professional equipment.

A little extra: A complimentary breakfast basket with cereals, coffee pods, tea, and hot chocolate is included.
