The dining room opens onto the magnificent Etang aux Carpes. Its terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Grand Parterre designed by André Le Nôtre.
On the menu, fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce make up the vast majority of dishes, which will be presented in buffet style. Verrines for starters and desserts, and hot dishes served in Staub casseroles will be prepared on site by the chefs at Petites Bouches de l'Empereur.
