For a whole week, international show jumping, dressage, eventing and para-dressage riders will be fine-tuning their preparations for the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games at the world's top-level international competitions.

Lovers of sport, nature and the great outdoors are invited not only to share a moment of intense competition, but also to discover the world of horses with their families, just a few kilometers from Paris!

      New for 2024:
-All Olympic and Paralympic equestrian disciplines: show jumping, dressage, eventing and para-dressage, at the highest level of the world hierarchy.

-all French riders pre-qualified for Paris 2024, expected: the Printemps des sports Equestres is one of the major events of the Olympic season. Just a few weeks away from the official selections for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, all the federal support teams and athletes on the "A cheval pour Paris" pre-selection lists will be at the Grand Parquet site for a dress rehearsal. To date, 15 couples have been preselected for eventing, 14 for show jumping, 5 for dressage and 5 for para-dressage, with only four places available for each discipline! However, other rider-horse pairs may be added to the list depending on their results during the competition season. The public's support will therefore be vital for the riders seeking qualification during this intense week.

-French equestrian tradition honored by the Garde Républicaine: in parallel with the competitions, the Garde Républicaine will accompany the 2024 edition of the Printemps des Sports Equestres. On Sunday April 28, the Carrousel des lances de la Garde Républicaine, accompanied by its brass band, will bring the week to a close. The entire equestrian tradition is brought together in a show featuring thirty-six horses, remodeled especially for the occasion.

      And much more...

Exceptionally, the Pays de Fontainebleau Tourist Office is offering a free shuttle service, especially for visitors who have chosen to come to the event by train at the weekend. Please see the attached document for details of the Saturday and Sunday timetables.

The shuttles will leave from the Fontainebleau-Avon SNCF station, with a stop in downtown Fontainebleau, and arrive at the Grand Parquet.

The cycle path linking the Fontainebleau-Avon station to the Grand Parquet is also officially open to visitors by bike, with on-site bike parking.
