    It was here on rue Grande in the 1900s that "Le Fontainebleau" cheese, a famous creamery speciality, was created, and it's on rue Grande that you can still find it today, fresh as can be.

      Gilles Goursat, master cheesemaker, matures many of his cheeses in-house, and also offers other specialities:
      A wide selection of Brie cheeses: Meaux, Melun, Malesherbes, Montereau, Nangis.
      Brie Surprise: homemade with Roquefort and cognac cream.
      Wide choice of goats' cheeses in season, Mont d'or by the spoonful for the holidays.
      Camembert with Calvados, Boulamour, Pétafine
