The house is on three levels:

- On the ground floor: a bright living room with a 4G smart TV, an open-plan kitchen, and a welcoming dining area, perfect for sharing and relaxing.

- On the first floor, accessed via a narrow and steep staircase (not suitable for young children or people with reduced mobility): a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a small desk, and a large wardrobe. - On the 2nd floor, accessed via a spiral staircase: the Rose Confidente room is nestled under the eaves with two single beds (90 x 190 cm).

An intimate, almost secret haven, this house welcomes those seeking a respite from the world: a space for writing, reading, and indulging one's innermost thoughts undisturbed, to the rhythm of the church bells that chime every hour, day and night.

Outside, the flower-filled terrace offers the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine before exploring Bourron-Marlotte, a village of artists and poets where George Sand, Sisley, and so many other beautiful souls once resided. At the end of the street, hiking trails lead into the Fontainebleau Forest.
