The studio includes a king-size bed (180 cm), a sofa bed (140 cm), and a single divan (80 cm) near the wood stove. There is also a coffee table, a dining table with 5 chairs, and some storage space. In the entrance, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, combination oven/grill, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The toilet is in the bathroom, which also features a shower and sink.
Located on the edge of the "Trois Pignons" climbing sites, near the Grand Parquet, 5 km from Barbizon and 8 km from Milly-la-Forêt.
The property is fully enclosed by stone walls. Outdoor tables, chairs, and loungers are available.
