The house is located on a quiet street. The entrance is opposite the street, on a courtyard. Our main house is at the other end of the courtyard, we share the pathway.
There are 3 bedrooms with 3 beds (2 double-beds, 1 single). It has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
It can accommodate 4 people, or 5 (the problem is there is not enough hot water for 5 person in a row, you’ll have to wait for the hot water tank to refill itself).
There is a little kitchen fully equiped and a living room.
The house has 1floor with a staircase. It has no protection for young children.

Parking is outside the property on the street, easy, altough you can drive your car backwards in the passway to unload, with care because it is quite narrow.

River and forest are very nearby, as long as a small playground and a skate park for kids (within 800m).
