NON-SMOKING GITE - Gite on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent access leading to a lawned terrace.
Vast shared garden of 2500 m² with garden furniture, barbecue. Table tennis available. Bicycle welcome possible with access to a closed room. Entrance, equipped kitchen (Fridge, electric hob, electric oven). Living room/lounge with two 2-seater sofas, coffee table, dining room table, TV with DVD player. A bedroom with 1 double bed (electric bed with a 2X80 cm mattress). A bedroom with 2 trundle beds (80 cm). Shower room, WC. Pleasant cottage, warm welcome. - Included in the price: Internet possibility. Cot and high chair. - In addition: Heating in addition (daily flat rate (5 to 7 €/day). Animal flat rate to be paid on site (10€/day/animal). Tourist tax in addition: 5%/night/adult/contract. - Optional services: Rental of sheets (€12/bed). Bathroom linen (6 €/person).
