After seventeen years' experience in the French restaurant business, scouring the great Parisian brasseries, it was during a trip to Asia that I was able to discover a new cuisine that would prove highly enriching for what I'm proposing today.
We'll be serving seasonal dishes and cuisine from 3 Asian countries, with a menu that changes every two months.
